I love helping people, I have a heart for caregiving, I want to make every client feel comfortable around me. I like caregiving because I can make my client feel like they can trust me while caring for them when they don't have families, help, or their family has passed away. What I enjoy most about caregiving it seeing people smile that I take care of and knowing I do a great job. I am proud of sticking to the healthcare field it's my passion.

I started caring for both my parents but at different times when they were diagnosed with cancer yrs ago, my dad saw how I was with mom & from the time a also cared for him he knew it was my calling & he was comfortable in my care. Then just within the past year I was able to care for my mother in law as well. I just feel compassionate about caring for others & it's such a rewarding experience everyday to know I'm making a difference in someone's life! I'm 35 years old and I have been A CNA since I left Highschool, I have been caring for others most of my life , My passions are Children and the Elderly. I love being that compassionate caregiver that the family can count on and feel safe when they aren't around. I love giving back as well as the knowledge that you can learn from the elderly. I never got to meet my grandma or grand daddy, so I get a piece of that when I'm rendering services for the Elderly.

I became a caregiver so that I could be able to take care of my mother, I like the one on one care that way I can take better care of the clients. My sisters and I took care of my mother for 14 years. I know she 's was getting the best care at home instead of being in a nursing home. I thank God she lived to be 92 years old. I have learn so much by taking care of her. I have been a Certified Nurse Assistant for 16 year. And I love taking care of peoples, that 's my calling.

I have always told others that I not medically inclined until almost three years ago my now 5 year old grand son almost drowned in our pool. Man had given upon him surviving. His parents were told that they would be provided with medically assisted suicide. To this day I have been thankful they did not go that route. I learned how to perform trachea change, g-tube feeding and administer medications via his G-tube, comfort him, I have talked many through and even out of major depression. I cared for my parents and grandmother who was a diabetic and those who had high blood pressure just to mention a few. I realized during these transitions that being a caregiver is such a critical player in a time of need because many family members are unable to stop their day to day lives and provide that much needed attention for their live ones. I promise to be loving and caring to your loved ones, they need the care and attention I have to offer.
