Hello! My name is Andrea, you may also call me Andy (for short) I've been a CNA since 2008. What's helped me enjoy my career more than anything is my residents & families. I consider everyone I have got the pleasure of taking care of like extra grandparents and I couldn't thank their families enough for sharing them with me. I've been trained & also have worked with Alzheimer's, & dementia. My grandmother whom I took care of for a couple years also had this disease. I've been trained on hoyer lifts many times. Also I've been educated on puree foods, thicken liquids & mechanical soft. I have a family of 2 of which I absolutely adore. My 13 yr old son & 1 yr old little girl. They keep me busy when I'm not working our summers consist of baseball games, swimming & learning something new everyday.

I think patience and compassion are essential. This is a job that requires a lot of tolerance for challenging situations, and good communication and a positive attitude also go a long way. I have always loved helping people and when I was younger my grandmother developed dementia I felt very happy to be able to help her. I am proud to be able to put a smile on peoples faces even on the hard days I'm proud of the work I do.

I am very kind, loving, helpful and compassionate. I love to help others and treat other people the way that I would like to be treated. I truly enjoying helping people wether it be something big or small. Just knowing that I was able to brighten someone's day in some way brings me joy and a sense of fulfillment. I also really enjoy cooking. It is a way I like to express my appreciation and gratitude for those I prepare meals for!

Hello! My names is Kelsey! I am a mother of two amazing little boys! 6 and 4 I have been in the caregiving industry for a little over 10 years now, I have experienced everything you can think of.. I graduated from Rasmussen college with my diploma in medical assisting in April of 2021, covid had hit and I decided I didn't want to be in the doctors office, rather one on one with a client in caregiving. I love to help people. I have always had a soft spot for helping others, but specifically for elderly and disabled. I have family members I have helped and it's truly a passion of mine, to help those that can't help themselves. It's truly rewarding

I have experience with dementia patients and enjoy helping others which is why I chose a career in Home health. From experience I know how hard it can be to watch a family members health fade and When you have limited time to be there for them it is that much more difficult. This is what I am here for. I will be there when you can't be.

I am well experienced. I became a caregiver, more than twenty years ago, to give quality care to those in need. I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their stories. I have had Certified Nursing Assistant training, Direct Support Professional training, Qualified Medication Aide training, and am well read with experience as Physical Therapy Aide.
