I love taking care of others. I love ensuring my patients families that they are in the best hands possible. I am passionate about my patients health, and their overall well-being. I am a caring soul, and often times find myself being an over achiever with absolutely no regret when it comes to those in my life. I lost my grandpa years ago and it was one of the hardest things for me. He resided in a nursing home that he wasn't getting the best care from. It broke me in every way possible. When we went to take him out, he was put on hospice the day of. We then lost him the day after. I became adamant and insisted on giving the best care in the healthcare setting. I started working in the nursing field, and refused to give anything less then my best effort. I strive to make families feel different than mine did. I go beyond expectation to make my patients feel loved, and taken care of.

Hello my name is Michelle Dayton. I have worked in home healthcare for close to 25 years. I have been State certified as a CNA in both Michigan and Indiana. I am not currently certified but I am a registered HHA. I get tremendous enjoyment of taking care of others. My healthcare career started as a volunteer for hospice after I lost my grandparents. I've seen what amazing work they did and how at peace my grandparents were when they passed and I chose to pay it forward. I am a little more picky on the people I take care of then other Aides for two reasons: 1. If the client and I seem to clash it's no good for anyone. So I will not waste your time or my own. I will just respectfully decline the offer. 2. The clients I take on will not be just a clients. I love my people like they're my own family and I will do my absolute best to meet every need they have. If I cannot accomplish that I will find someone who can and put you in touch with them, because there's no sense in your family members being unhappy and uncomfortable in their own home. I feel that I am very caring and compassionate with each and every client that I've had. I believe everyone deserves respect, kindness and a voice( your opinion matters to me!) I will never force your family members to do something they don't want to do. I feel they have live through several wars, a great depression and a whole lot of hardship in the past and now is their time to be pampered. If your family member needs anything or you have questions about anything if I can't answer them I will find the answers and if I have the answers I will let you know.

Most of my family has worked as caregivers. All they way from home caregivers to nurses. I'm very compassionate confident with what I do. I'm patient and kind with my clients or with anyone who needs help. I've done community services at daycares & nursing homes ever since I was in highschool. I have also worked in nursing homes as well so I know quite a bit about health care. I also have my pharmacy technician license so I know about medications. Hi! My name is Jaimeson, I'm 30, and I currently live in Greenfield, IN, with my husband, Creedon. I have a long history of taking care of adults and children as my husband and I come from large families. I have a mom-in-law that has early onset dementia that I worked with for 6 months before she needed to be in a memory care unit and our family was always amazed at how she responded better to me than others. Same with my uncle who is now in a memory care unit. I am able to get into their world and create a purposeful feeling for them. My friend Bud, who is 80, lives alone with his service Newfoundland and I still visit with him for companionship once a week. We enjoy good conversations, drinking coffee and sharing stories of his wife who has passed on. I love older folks and have always had a heart for them, ever since I was young. My experience started in my teens when my mom because the chaplain at Westminster Village North. She has taught me invaluable lessons of making patients feel loved by showing them kindness, compassion and respect. I am CPR and first-aid certified, assistant I completely understand the peace of mind that it gives to someone looking for a caregiver for themselves or a loved one. I am the go-to "care person" in our family, as adults tend to love me, so I look forward to working with you or your loved one. Thank you!
