My personal traits that has help me become a great caregiver is that I'm a personable person. What attracted me was willingness to help the elderly. What I enjoy most is being able to interact with different residents/patients. My personal achievement that I am proud of is graduating as a Medical Assistant.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I am very responsible, dependable and work my best to make the one I am taking care of feel special and happy every day I care for them. What attracted me to becoming a Caregiver was that I was needing a job since I had just moved back to my hometown and filled out an application with Kelly Girls, an agency that hired people for different jobs. I was called to care for an 80 year + lady and enjoyed it. It was not what I went to College for, but continued to do both working in Administrative work and then part-time as a Caregiver. The thing that I enjoy most about being a Caregiver is the stories of those I care for. There is so much history that they have to share...even those from different parts of the Country and learning how different things were from then to now. My Mother was born in the Depression years and experienced the years of WWII, where 3 of her brothers were part of. It's the elderly who helped build the life around us and them being nurtured by their parents to give us a better tomorrow. I believe the most personal achievement I can say I am proud of is that I was taught good work ethics by my Mom, who was a farm girl. I started working at age 11 and have worked many different types of work and am a fast learner. I paid for my own College and worked at times 2 jobs to pay for my own apartment. In the Caregiving field, I have been taught some things that a Nurse is qualified for, but taught by the family of their loved one how to do certain tasks. I am very respectful of people and their property.

Being a caregiver is more than a job. It is a passion. It is important to me that we give back and take care of the elder generation. I have always loved helping others and being a very outgoing and caring person, this has always been a great job for me. I have pride in the work I do. I enjoy the relationships I make and to know my clients are well taken care of. I treat my clients like they are my family!! I have tons of experience and I'm reliable and trustworthy!

I've been in this field for twenty three years. Helping people who can't help themselves is very rewarding to me. I feel I've made a difference in their lives. I love making my clients feel loved and wanted by smiling, listening, and attending to their needs.

Ever since i was a child ive have always been good with people. I love taking care of people i love knowing that i can make a deference in someones life. When i got into high school i went into the medical field and got my certification to be a nursing assistant so that i could take my love for caring for people to the next level.

Hello my name is Danielle, I have been working in healthcare for 8 yrs now. I'm was employed with hosparus health for 3yrs. I'm now looking to have an one on one with someone hands on help or just companionship, Meal prep, Housekeeping etc. I got into healthcare because of my grandmother&grandfather. I love being the person to light up the face of others being able to help others is a blessing. I have experience with Dementia, end of life care, long term care i'm also CPR certified. I am available Monday-Friday Time is optional due to family needs. Also I'm available some weekends I'm very flexible.

I'm very patient, calm, easygoing and respectful of every human being. I have extensive knowledge of dementia/Alzheimer's disease. It may sound cliche, but I absolutely love helping people! What I enjoy most about caregiving is the bond that develops between the caregiver and client. What I'm most proud of is making a positive difference in people's lives!
