We can do light exercises, play games, cards, do puzzles, listen to their favorite music - our person in care chooses when they can, family and friends can also share their favorite leisure activities.

Well I always say the good lord made me for this I have a big heart my residents always called me smiley which I try to always keep know matter how I may feel .I love the elderly there stories just putting a smile on there face ..Well the girls woukd cone get me if they couldn't understand someone because I could just knowing I helped someone and made there day better was always a good day for me .

I am a 31 year old mother of two. I feel my purpose in life is to care for others and give them quality of life for as long as possible. I enjoy helping people stay in their homes for as long as they wish. Taking care of others with always be my life's goal.

My personality traits for being a great caregiver is I love what I do as a caregiver. I been around the caregiver life since I was 8 years old. Due my mother is a cna. I always want to do that line of work and more . What attracted me to being a caregiver is watching my mother do it and watch how much it she loved and tell me about her job. I also had a sickly father that made me want to do it even more to walk in his shoes throw it all. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the joy I can bring into someone life even if for couple of month they may have left . The joy of being there ear to talk to or listen to all there store even if it on repeat know that someone cares about them if there family don't or don't have the time to be there. My personal achievements I am proud of was being there for my father even when it got hard to see. My father was 53 when he passed away this year. He always want me to live my life but as much he try to push to live my life I stayed not to far away to be his anchor when he need me. Help him change his dressing to help meal prep due him being so weak from dialysis. Being his daughter, his support, caregiver, counselor all in one as well . Doing what I love with a person I love the most. That's how I look at others when I'm in this field as they was one my love one that need help and care for .

Hi! I'm Channing. Growing up, I was constantly responsible for my two younger siblings which planted a passion for caregiving within me. As I got older, caring for my grandparents showed me a different side of caregiving that I loved even more. My parents are both doctors. I grew up around the medical field, seeing people be taken care of. Although I am not a certified medical professional in any way, I know the ins-and-outs of the medical system and how to manage patient care from my experience working in a Physician's office. While self-employed as a photographer, I found that my greatest passion was lifting others up in whatever way that I could. I am looking for someone to spend my time with that needs an extra pick-me-up from day to day.

I took care of my grandmother for several years and I also worked for a caregiver company and I love it. I took care of a lady for 12 years who had MS, she was total depended on me for personal care. I'm a Christian lady who believes God has given me a heart for taking care of others.

My name is Lindsay I've been a caregiver for over 2 years I've worked in many nursing homes and even hospitals. The love for caregiving has always been a passion of mine I love to make people smile and help where its a bit harder. I always make great food for my clients and I also do arts and crafts that I supply myself! My great grandma has many health conditions and I help here often. I also have a niece and nephew with autism who I do my own therapy with that helps them both tremendously.
