By allowing your loved one, to safely do as much as they can on their own, and helping them the rest of the way toward their goals, they are able maintain independence for as long as possible. It is my privilege to be able to assist your loved one in their activities of daily living and keeping them comfortable and safe. We can do light exercises, play games, cards, do puzzles, listen to their favorite music - our person in care chooses when they can, family and friends can also share their favorite leisure activities.

Being a caregiver is more than a job. It is a passion. It is important to me that we give back and take care of the elder generation. I have always loved helping others and being a very outgoing and caring person, this has always been a great job for me. I have pride in the work I do. My passion is to help care for someone. I've been caregiver since 2001. I got into this due to takin care of my papaw. I love listen to stories and pictures of them.

I have passion for this job because,my sister got blind and she became disabled for the rest of her life.Most clients were not born disabled but due to some issues along their lives,made them be disabled.I enjoy working with these clients as my family,because they need to be treated with love ,respect and dignity and let them know that,they are important in society too.I am available day time shift too,in case you guys need a day time staff also,my pay is negotiable also. Being that every one of my role models were in healthcare I just knew that I would want to also! Putting my foot in the door to becoming a caregiver has been the dream I've always had as a child and I cannot wait to continue my education through not only my patients but through the family as well!

I enjoy helping people I have empathy my first experience was with my father who passed away with cancer from the time he was diagnosed he only lived seven months but I learned alot and very quickly with no experience @ the age of twenty years old I also had my brothers I had cooking cleaning bathing him in bed . Before my father my mother fell and broke her lower leg both bones she had a cast on all the way up her whole leg I was only 13 I had to learn how to change sheets on a bed while she was still in it I had to learned how to help get her up and ger get in a wheel chair I had to bathe her in bed & I also had to learn how to help her use a bed pan I did all the cooking and cleaning taking care of my brothers& also go to school also my middle child was born with autism so I feel like I can understand and know how to handle any situation with ant person I helped my son be independent enough he lives and thrives on his own to this very day that was my greatest achievement . I enjoy people but I most enjoyment is being able to help make each day in a persons life much easier
