My ability to go above and beyond. I'm always smiling and very patient ,great listener. Hey! My name is Kiersten. Im 30 years old. I have about 6 years of experience working with disabled/elderly patients. Im certified in CPR and First aid. I have experience driving handicapped vehicles, My first job in this field was taking care of my grandmother. I helped her for the last 3 years she was alive. When i first started helping her out she fell and broke her hip and she never really fully recovered from that. She went on to have 2-3 strokes. She had dementia, and just wasnt the wonderful loving woman she once was. By the end of it all she couldnt walk at all. I would have to wheel her to the bathroom and get her on and off of the toilet. Pick her up and sit her in her favorite chair, and feed her. It was very very hard. Since then, ive worked with a few families and clients with spina bifida, parkinsons, MS, says this has to be less than 200 characters and thats just not possible. if you have any questions please feel free to send me a message!
