My name is Katie and I took care of my mom and Dad when they were alive...my dad had a stoke it was hard seeing a strong man go to not evening able to fed himself but I tried to make things easier for him not belittle him because he still my father and deserve respect... my mother was on dialysis and she had dementia it was hard, but being with her everyday you learn how to handle her moods and try to make her as comfortable as possible, taking her on long rides always made her happy. I would treat any person parents, sister or brother the way I would like anyone to treat my family.
