I am a 35 year old Male who Loves being in the Service Industry in multiple ways and business approaches to multiple industries including, Caretaker, Personal Trainer/Dietitian, and an IT Software Expert/Web-Design. My business' are part time as I have made the transition into Caretaking and Home Care. Until COVID surfaced again I was full time in my business' but I feel drawn to help elderly and disabled adults. I have an 8 year old daughter and I Love being a Dad! I enjoy most simple things in life and am very grateful for the Life and people I have in my life currently and I look forward to the Future and the possibilities! I am a Dreamer! I Love Goals, ambition, and conquering new feats. I Love a challenge and succeed in all aspects where I apply myself. I am excited to see where this goes!

My name is Maria Dozier, am a 43 year old Hispanic educated woman. I've been married 18yrs and have been with my husband for almost 26 yrs. We have 3 beautiful children ages 25, 17 and 12. I live my life for my children and making sure that they are taken care of and brought up correctly. We moved to Santa Fe, NM almost 11 yrs ago. Til now I hadn't looked for work because I needed to be at home with my children. But now that their getting older I'd like to have a job. I have perfect transportation and am very reliable. I speak Spanish and English and am very resourceful and respectful when it comes to patient confidentiality.

What makes me a great care giver? I'm someone who loves to help people, i go beyond helping others. where I come from we do not leave each others we all take care of each others, not matter what. I was raised to treat everyone with respect. what I enjoy about being a caregiver is I get to help out someone who to cant do it for themselves and to make the patient/ clients family happy knowing that there loved one is n good hands.

Hello, I have just recently moved to the Albuquerque area from Missouri. I am currently working on my certification for Medical Billing & Coding, as long with Certified Medical Administrative Assistant. I know some may think this is boring, but for me I grew up in a home of medicine. My mom is a Certified Medical Assistant, phlebotomist and is currently working toward becoming an office manager. During my senior year of house school, she feel in. She was having seizures & mini strokes & medical teams couldn't figure out what was causing it. We were given two options during her hospital stay: one, she go into assisted living oor we get a home nurse for her. At this time, I had decided to take on the role as a home nurse. You see my mom was able to do somethings on her own, but not everything. I began the process of doing homebound from high school. I would cater to my moms every need while finishing up my senior year. I would balance school work with helping her take care of herself & the household chores. (Leaving the rest of this story open for the interview.) A part of me wishes it would have stopped during my senior year. But I soon realized that I was made for helping people out. Those from all walks of life. Sometimes we just need someone there. Someone to keep us company or to help conquer life's everyday challenges. Or even to cheer us up when we are having a rough day. Some would see caring for others as a daunting task. I find peace & joy from it. Brings a smile to my face seeing them accomplish something they never thought they would be able to.

I'm a compassionate caring person. I'm very patient and understanding of others. I enjoy caregiving for many reasons but mainly because I can give light in someone's life provide a smile in their face and most importantly make a difference. I have children who I love deeply I enjoy working with people in need I can be a great attribute and be your advocate. Providing the best care is my mission.

Easy to get along with and very patient. I love being able to help and help my client keep their dignity and independence. Meeting new people is the best part of my job and getting to know all about them.

My name is Ashley and I moved here from California in 2013. I have had a passion for takiing care of people for as long as I can remember. Recently I graduated with my Associates in Allied health, and am also pursuing my BSN in Nursing. My goal is to graduate with a Bachelors in Nursing, but to also get the most valuable experience related to my education that I can get through personal caregiving. I have also worked for many years at Center for Neuroskills in Baersfield CA before moving here and I loved the challenges it brought to my attention from beligerant patients with Dementia or Alzheimers or simply just mental challenges from a sustained brain injury no matter the case we are all human and deserve the upmost gentlest care as we would want for ourselves.
