Hello, Im Christina, I am a great caregiver because I am compassionate and have a very good amount of patience. I understand what most people are going through and have the ability to be very sympathetic towards each individual and their own unique situation. Everyone needs a little assistance every now and then and helping others in something I take pride in. I treat my clients with much respect and make sure they are happy and comfortable. I am a loving and caring individual. I started watching babies when one of my siblings had their first baby which was back in 2014 and from there forward I watching babies whenever my family had them. I did have assistance from my other siblings but i got to experience a lot with each of the babies and they all had different personalities and different needs of how to care for them effectively. I currently still babysit my one niece who is 4 now and it's great. I have a now 1 year old and also a Australian shepherd who I going on 5months. I have had dogs my whole life. From being with my parents to living on my own an finding my own animal friend to live. We are currently in dog training classes so that's a great plus. For seniors I've taking care of my grandparents from a very young age (with of course help from my parents) to now I work part time with people with developmental disabilities of ages ranging from 20s on up to 60s plus. House cleaning: that's literally all I do at home. Clean and clean non stop years of experience from a young girl to now. But you get the true experience when you get your own place so I say about 4 years now of truly getting the understanding of household cleaning.

I worked for 1. 5 years in a nursing facility as a certified nursing assistant helping our elderly with all aspects of their activities of daily living. I also worked as a mental health therapy aide at the Buffalo psychiatric center for 10 years and took care of my mom the last year of her life. I am very personable and caring. I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I love the Bills and Sabres and like to do crossword puzzles. One of my biggest assets is my ability to put my self into others shoes.

I absolutely love caregiving, being able to help someone while they can stay in the comfort of their own home is my main goal! I have been in a few different settings when it comes to healthcare. I have worked in a nursing home, an assisted living home, and actual in home care. I am a fast learner and I can adapt to any situation pretty quickly. I know myself not everyday is going to be easy and some days can be more difficult than others but I take with a full heart and open mind and a compassionate demeanor. I watched my mom work in a nursing home for years, and I always looked up to her. I was always amazed at how much love she had for her residents and I could not wait to be apart of that!
