Hello! My name is Sierra. I am a 29 year old single mother of two children. I have been caregiving awhile now and absolutely love it. I'm am working on going to school to become an In home Physical Therapist Assistant. I have experience with cooking,cleaning, using a lift to move from mobile chair to bed, wound care experience, Trach care experience, bladder bag care, bed bathing experience, feeding experience, physical therapy experience and medication management. I can do anything from you light care needs to heavy care. I am a generally happy gal with tons of motivation.

I pay attention to what the people need most.

I have been a cargiver + CNA for about 4 years now! And i absolutely love it! I wouldn't change it for the world. I have all types of experience in memory care, I'm home care, dementia, and alzimers, I have experience in all settings! I am delighted to give diabetic residents there medication, I cook, clean, bath me anything that is needed im here for you. I actually became a cargiver for my grandmother about 4 years ago she got supper sick and needed someone by her side 24/7 and I did it everyday for her until she passed she is the reason I do this today. My most favorite thing about being a caregiver is seeing my residents faces light up the room with so much joy and laughter it seriously makes my heart so happy! I feel like my best strong sites are definitely companionship and leader ship I am always trying to set example and just be a good leader always even when it's tiring

I enjoy helping people in any way I can, I work hard, but have boundaries as to what I should to physically in terms of weight and duration.

I enjoy working with people. I love to cook. I am a very patient, clean and organized person. I am a good listener. I love to hear about peoples experiences in life. Where they've been and what they've done. I like to do what I can to put a smile on someone's face and brighten their day. I am an animal lover. Dogs, cats, all critters.

When it comes to my personality a word I hear a lot is joy bringer, I try and have a more positive outlook on things and am very active. I am currently living with my grandparents to help provide them care and help around the house when needed. I am drawn to to being a caregiver because of the people, you get the opportunity to hear stories, and spend time with those who need you. As a current caregiver I love that I can give back to those who have helped me, but I also feel that it provides a great way to understand someones journey. And I love being apart of others journeys.

I am a great care giver because I am an extremely compassionate individual. Helping other people is my number one priority. I find it essential for a healthy mind to be helping others. I permanently moved here in December from Texas and am missing taking care of people. Before I moved I was heavily involved with taking care of my grandfather before he passed. He was unfortunately bed ridden with multiple physical disabilities as well as advanced Alzheimer's. Honestly I'm just proud that I was able to help him when he needed it and am looking to help others.

I am a college graduate of health studies which makes me a great candidate for a position that involves helping care for a person's overall well-being. I am also a usui Holy fire reiki master which is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, similar to feelings of a massage, that promotes healing. It is a great addition to any current health regimine that is my gift to share with others. My most recent work experience is working as an aide in a rehabilitation center where there are patients of all kinds whom I assist with daily life activities and care.
