My name is Shantell. I am a proud mother of three wonderful adult children and blessed with three amazing grandchildren. I have been working in health care since a young age, starting off being a health care aide for my blind grandmother at the tender age of 8 years old. From there on I found my passion in life. During my years as working as a personal care aide, I had the opportunity to take care of my parents during their last days. In doing so, I was able to gain a personal insight on the importance of having the right person taking care of your loved ones, which gave me an even greater passion for the work I do. I realized the importance of giving each and every person who I take care of the same love and care as I gave my loved ones while taking care of them. As well as the respect and honor to have the opportunity to be a part of their life.

I really love helping the elderly listening to their past experience been able to help them with their daily task also to learn more about the way the world was in their time and how the world is now.

I provide quality care for my clients and service coordination. I step in when family can't. I love my work and what I can provide for the community. Not only do I have the experience I have the education as well.

I'm a great caregiver because I'm very helpful and patient with my clients . Being able to help someone in need is literally the best thing ever making others feel better is a great feeling I'm capable to do things they aren't so I feel like it's my duty to help fulfill their needs .

I take care of my Grandmother from time to time and I have wide range of experiences with people with different health and mental issues.
