My personality traits that I'm naturally a caring person and have compassion for others. I love to help others. I have the ability to bring my best qualities into my work environment and use them alongside the skills I have gained training in nurse assistant and medical assistant education. What attract me in been a caregiver is my mother who is a retired nurse for over 20 yrs and my grandmother who always helping people in need at her age of 91 she still does her part in the community. In 2010 my grandfather pass away of myeloma I was his caregiver. All this and more attracted me to become a caregiver. I enjoy most about been a caregiver is an opportunity to show love, respect, and dignity to those in need. It is a deeply fulfilling experience that allows me to learn more about myself and grow as an individual. Caring for someone is a powerful and intimate relationship that can bring about a strong connection and bond. When caring for someone, it is important to show love, trust, and understanding. One of my personal achievement that I proud of is becoming an advocate of others who is need.

Greetings, I've discovered that regardless of someones health condition or disability everyone deserves to have a good quality life and to be happy, thats way I became a "Compassionate Caregiver" it is so important to provide compassionate care to thoughes that need caring for. One of my good friends was in a car accident that left him as a Quadriplegic, now being such a young man, he became very depress with life and I had a problem with that so I decided to learn how to care for him and I did just that. I started by being Trained by the Healthcare facility free of charge were he lived. I started class room and hands on training for eight weeks and I had taken a CPR course. I did this so my friend could have a quality life. I also taken a course on how to transfer Quadriplegic patients so that I could transfer him the correct way from his wheel chair to my car and from the car to his wheelchair and back into the facility were he was living, that alowed us to go places, Dr appointments and places he liked going to. Then he stoprd looking at his self deficiencies but instead, he started loving life once again and loving people and we made the best of things. So he begin enjoying are times together once again just like old times and thats how I became a Home Healthcare Provider.

I'm I received a Masters in counseling. I worked at three psychiatric hospital two of them I was a therapist intern. I worked as a medical technician --a position called mental health counselor in an eating disorder clinic. I worked for psychiatric service doing home health for patient who were discharge from local hospitals with medical conditions and suffered major depression due to decline in health . I wrote treatment plans and conducted weekly visits after the RN or NP completed there treatment for the medical conditions. I also worked as life skills trainer for individual will disabilities--life skills trainer in the homes. I worked also for home health medical agencies performing caregiver services. Bathing, cooking, cleaning , giving medications, and scheduling times for exercise. I worked a short time in hospice and did some work with two family member in home hospice.

Hi Ive been in the medical field in various levels of patient care over 35 years. I have prenursing training and education , Im a registered Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant, much more than a CNA. After caring for my 95 year old mom for 6 years; the realization needing an xtra hand, if nothing else to get a break , was challenging to locate a professional quality caregiver that actually knew what they were doing, and were reliable. It's important to have a good fit with your reliable caregiver. In order to achieve quality care, the well-being , help maintain as much independence as possible, and mentally stimulation; plus provide comfortably safe environment is crucial. I offer a variety of shifts, days, and nights, over-night and weekends /holidays stays, to assist, and provide that much needed break to the full time family caregivers. Especially if you are on your own and need a helping hand till you recover, I'm there for you. I enjoy making a difference helping those that really need it. If it will help you stay home versus a skilled facility I'll be there to assist where I can. I take pride in being punctual, accomplishing the tasks at hand, and providing you peace of mind you have someone you can rely upon. I'm very caring person with a big heart. I love to care for those as if they're my own family. I love helping others who need a little help. I'm young but I have an old spirit in bubbly and here to satisfy needs.

I consider myself blessed to have a connection with the elderly. When I was a 14 yrs old had the most amazing bond with the 93 year old mother of our church and I will never forget her. I personally feel responsible for the helpless ; I didn't know I needed a reason why. However, I have realized it's not for everyone. I take pride in the connection and the ability to bond with a person in need of understanding and compassion. I now consider it a gift and I am humbly grateful.

I am a compassionate person who enjoy helping others. I'm a registered CNA with CPR/BLS and EKG training, in Texas. I have over 20 years of experience with the elderly and disabled. After many years of working in a Hospital Business Office by day and caring for a family member at night, I decided to become a Caregiver to others. I know first hand what it is like to need assistance with the care of a loved one and realizing that you can't be there 24 hrs a day. The uncertainty of trusting someone else to do it for you can cause anxiety. I promise you that I will treat your loved one with kindness, dignity and respect, the same way I would like my loved ones to be treated. This isn't just a job for me, it is a ministry and a passion.

I believe our elder community are to be cherished, I take great pride in Providing care and assistance for my clients as I do my own family. I work very well with our Alzheimer's family, as it has become a very important part of my life. I maintain a ALS, CPR and a BLS License. As of 9/24/18 I have obtained my Instructors license for the American Heart Association. I am extremely dedicated when becoming your health care provider. My goal is to improve your loved ones mental and physical health, Ultimately focusing on a better quality of life, bring your loved one to a state of happiness and well being.
