I get along with anyone and everyone. I was attracted to become a caregiver when I was needed to help care for a few family members and I grew to love it. I enjoy being there to help in any way shape or form that I am needed. I am proud of being who I am an love that fact that I can share the love by helping others.

I am a caring and giving person. I treat my clients as if they are family with respect. I know how to reroute behavior if they are having a bad day. Being in a good mood around clients is what gets them through the day. I strive for them having a nice time. I became a caregiver when I worked for Cedar Lane Apts and the Director saw how I treated the Assisted Living. One client was difficult but she loved me so they ask if I can be her caregiver in 2003. I been doing it every since. I enjoy seeing the looks on my clients face when they are happy. I enjoy putting them in a good mood. I love our outings I'm proud that the families brag on me and the staff appreciated me. I'm proud that I got to sometimes put them to bed comfortable. I'm proud to wear my scrubs

As a long term caregiver, I am not only very loving and genuine, but I believe that entering into a career choice such as caregiving should be something that one is passionate about. I myself have grown up with family who have selflessly given their time, love and attention to others. I have a natural gift of helping and serving. I would never choose to care for people for just monetary purposes. I have helped care for people since I was a teenager, helping my mom with her clients. I honestly love to serve. I feel fulfilled knowing that I'm able to assist somebody. Being needed is my joy. It motivates me. I care about people's wellbeing as if they are my own family. Hello Im Jayla Bright . I am 22 years old and I was born on July 29, 2000. I received my certified nursing assistant certificate in 2018 at a technical school through my high school , then I was able to graduate with a certified nursing assistant certificate. While being a certified nursing assistant I have been able to build more skills in the medical field which also helps me in the work setting . I have a great personality and I'm always willing to help and always for team work .

my thinking is that the cleint has done all the things for friends and family through there lifetime now its time for them to get that care in return. No matter if its just to take them to the store or doctor appointment. Or cleaning them up , trying to get them to laugh to have a great day! they deserve it!!!

I am a naturally a compassionate and empathetic individual. My years of experiencing dealing with children and adults with severe mental health and behavior problems has taught me to have compassion and patience for others. I've spent over the last 15 years of my life caring for my elderly and or disabled loved ones as they became no longer able to care for themselves but I do so with dignity and without making them feel like they are helpless. I always have strived to make my loved ones feel as if they are in control and that I am here only to assist and their level of comfort remaining high is my goal while still being effective and making sure that they complete their activities of daily living. I am proud to say that even as most of my loved ones whom I cared for have now transitioned I gained fulfillment in knowing that I played a key role in making their last years of life meaningful and improved their quality of care.

I have always wanted to help people and I get a lot of satisfaction knowing I have made a difference in someones's life. I know that helping a person to live their life to it's fullest makes me a better person and the love I receive from my clients is incomparable.
