I became a caregiver many years ago when my uncle had contracted a disease while in the service. I helped take care of him for 25 years. He was bed-bound the last 10 years. I feel care giving is something I have always done naturally.Taking care of someone to make their life more enjoyable is what I like about being a caregiver. I like cooking , gardening, like to stay busy, in general enjoy life. I am trustworthy,dependable,and most of all compassionate. Will put my heart into making others feel happy and content.

When I'm helping someone it really makes me feel good as a person. I have always enjoyed helping others. I'm there to help them live as stress free as possible with any or all of their daily activities. That's why I really enjoy my job!! Each client is a learning experience. I have one goal I will always try to make them smile. With my previous employer I was granted PCA of the month several times through out my employment. I think that says alot about my job performance and also the kind of care I will give to your loved one. God Bless !!

I have been in this type of business for 20+ years. I love people. I am a patient caring and loving person. With all the years of experience I have I am great at walking into any situation and making sure all goes well. I take pride in what I do. Also, willing to learn. 1. I was raised watching my mother doing home health care and have always love the field. 2. I really love being to take care and help the patient of their needs on a more personal level. Making them feel that I am paying attention to them and not just another number. I love to see the relief in their eyes and comfort I can provide by taking care of them in the comfort of their own home. 3. I have taken care of a family member from a very young age and not because I had to but because I wanted to and felt I was the one who made them feel the most comfortable. Now I have gone to school and finished medical assistance school while raising a family and taking care of another family member as needed. I feel proud of the fact that my passion has driven me to further my education and accomplish goals one at a time. 4. I am a very driven person with a goal at each day, but I am also very compassionate and accepting to others and their personal situations that allows me to empathize with them and care for all walks of the world as if they were my owen

I have been doing care giving since I was 15 years old. I have done mostly end of life/hospice care. I have spent a lot of time studying with the hospice nurses on each individual's medical condition to become fully competent with the individuals case. I was a private care nurse working with a diabetic 4 year old, 24/7 caregiver for my Alzheimer, cancer, g tube grandmother for over two years till she passed. I have taken care of multiple patients the last 6 -8 weeks of their lives and helped the families be able to enjoy the last days without having to worry about all the medical and care details. I have a great love for the medical field and this is my way of being able to use my knowledge to help others. I do everything from housework to bathing and medical. Each client is treated as if they are my own family memebr
