Since I was a child, I've loved helping other people. I enjoy working with people of all ages and circumstances. What excites me most about this position is the opportunity to help those with disabilities live happier, healthier lives. I think helping other people affects the local community positively, so I'd feel honored to accept such a vital role. I'm interested in being a caregiver because I'd like to increase the amount of care the elderly population receives. As I learned through my previous health care experience, this population often benefits from caregivers who provide companionship and who pay attention to detail. This can help improve the daily lives of this population. I'd love to be a part of that effort through this position and help improve the kind of care this group receives

I began my caregiven duties, with my mother back in 2014, she got sick and I began caregiving for her until she died in 2018, I began caregiving for my grandmother who passed away in 2019 it was a very rough ride for me, I learned a lot especially from my grandmother who was an RN before her passing. I knew then I had a heart for the work and I continue to do caregiving. My specialties are working with the Elders. I do have experience working with the hospice patience.

I've been a Qualified Care Provider for over 20yrs my mother had taken sick and I was blessed to care for her till she passed away 6 yrs ago. she had congestive heart failure high blood pressure, diabetes and major depression In between caring for her I decided to foster two children for 8 yrs that I am now a proud adoptive mom! They both was diagnosed with ADHD/attention deficit also major depression. 1 yr I had a client that had 2 strokes and non verbal he had gotten really sick had to go on hospice I took care of him until he passed away he was a joy! God saw fit that caring for others was my gift to him. I'm registered and also CPR-first-aid qualified received a Certificate in Appreciation through San Bernardino County also, Certificate of Recognition from San Bernardino County. We can support them emotionally and spiritually as well. I love how my position as a caregiver allows me to choose a schedule that helps me to continue with my college education.
