Hi! My name is Amanda. I'm an outgoing fun person who loves to laugh and make others laugh. I absolutely love the elderly and getting to know them from their younger days to todays version of them. I love to enrich their day to day lives in any way I can. I've worked with dementia and Alzheimer's clients for the past 4 years so I definitely have a lot of patience doing this line of work. I am CPR certified and also a certified QMAP.

Since I moved to Colorado three years ago, I have pursued a career in home health working closely with clients that are all very near to my heart. I started caregiving within my family when I was young teenager. Since I started caregiving I always felt good and honest about helping others who need it. I've been caregiving for 5 years and every time I walk into someone's home that feeling of being really eager to lend a helping hand never fades and the feeling of leaving someone's home after being caring and supportive and gentle makes me feel like a very accomplished person.

I have many years of experience in the medical field. My father was a doctor and my sister was a registered nurse. I was a Veterinary Technician right out of college for many years before entering the human medical field. I have a natural desire to take care of people and animals.
