I have over 10 years of caregiver experience. I started off as a caregiver to make extra money then I fell in love with the job and the people I care for. Now I'm a full-time caregiver going to school to open my very own elderly day center.

I am the owner of Forever Home Care Service LLC. I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who takes pride in providing daily care to individuals who need some assistance. I received my certificate as an Advocate South Suburban Hospital Nursing Assistant Clinical Coach.

Given a hand in any situation is a plus for me it makes me feel good as a daughter, mother, family members and wife I started out as a single Mothers over 20 years and I was encouraged to attend the nursing assistant course due to my personality and I never looked back, I also worked in Transportation for Pace paratransit and I encouraged and helped most of my clients to sign up for the services. I decided with the Experience I have in Health and Transportation I wanted to get my own Clients in the DuPage County area

I am caregiver already more than 15 years, with last family i stay 8 years, was taking care lady after stroke, she was living between three kids , we was traveling months to month different place , was same fun , they became me like my own family, i did everything , doctors appointments, set medicine, therapy, shoping, cooking , cleaning:) i have good references

I always practice patience. I believe people who need care are a blessing to me. I enjoy finding ways to show kindness. I believe compassion, empathy and understanding are absolutely necessary in life. I welcome humor because laughter is good medication. Being Present and detail oriented are qualifications I take pride in. I work well with other professionals. I'm open to help when needed. I am always willing to set healthy boundaries. As a Christian I believe in respect for others on all levels. I am extremely cooperative. I bring peace and happiness with me wherever I go.

One of the reasons that makes me who I am as a caregiver is the compassion that I have in my heart for my clients and their families. I am a person of integrity, honesty, dependability and concern. It's about giving of myself to my clients and having a sense of the quality of life concerning the lifestyle they have. When I come into their presence a smile comes on their face. I became a caregiver because of my mother's influence. Listening to her talk about her clients was interesting and heart warming and sometimes I felt sad and wanted to help, so I did! The rewards of being a caregiver is caring for those who cannot care for themselves or just needing a little help. Always understanding what care consists of at all times regardless of the situations and circumstances whether it's to assist or just HELP. I've been taking care of people all of my life, but started working in the health care field about 10 years ago.
