I have a great personality. I am very dependable, patient, pay attention to detail. Taking care of family members attracted me to wanting to be a caregiver. What i enjoy most about caregiving is i like taking care of others, especially the one's that can't do it on their own or need some assistance. One of my personal achievements that i am proud of is starting college.

I love caregiving! I love spending time with my clients! I look at them like family and treat them as family! I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping and healing people! I'm going to school to be a NICU Nurse!

What makes me a great caregiver is that I am very responsible, dependable and work my best to make the one I am taking care of feel special and happy every day I care for them. What attracted me to becoming a Caregiver was that I was needing a job since I had just moved back to my hometown and filled out an application with Kelly Girls, an agency that hired people for different jobs. I was called to care for an 80 year + lady and enjoyed it. It was not what I went to College for, but continued to do both working in Administrative work and then part-time as a Caregiver. The thing that I enjoy most about being a Caregiver is the stories of those I care for. There is so much history that they have to share...even those from different parts of the Country and learning how different things were from then to now. My Mother was born in the Depression years and experienced the years of WWII, where 3 of her brothers were part of. It's the elderly who helped build the life around us and them being nurtured by their parents to give us a better tomorrow. I believe the most personal achievement I can say I am proud of is that I was taught good work ethics by my Mom, who was a farm girl. I started working at age 11 and have worked many different types of work and am a fast learner. I paid for my own College and worked at times 2 jobs to pay for my own apartment. In the Caregiving field, I have been taught some things that a Nurse is qualified for, but taught by the family of their loved one how to do certain tasks. I am very respectful of people and their property.

I am 21 years old I am currently enrolled in nursing school to retrieve my nursing degree to become an rn . I have been a care giver for a few years now it started when I was 16 I started being my grandmothers care giver until she sadly passed away in 2018 , I then worked for a care giving agency called almost family until the location I worked at closed down . My favorite thing about being a caregiver is seeing the joy I bring when being active in my clients life ; and seeing the youthfulness in them when they give their words of wisdom or advice it truly warms my heart .

Some of my personal traits and being a caregiver is my love for the job. I have always love to help people regardless of the situation and there is a shortage on good people and honest people. What attracted me to being a caregiver was my great grandmother and my mom. When my great grandmother got very ill we took care of her until her last days that meant feeding bathing changing colostomy bag changing catheter And just being a companion. I also help my mom take care of a autistic girl for five years. The thing I love most about being a caregiver is the people you meet along the way and a wonderful stories you hear. When I look at my mother I know one day she may or may not be in a situation to need me so I want plenty of practice along the way. One of my biggest achievement was graduating from the phlebotomy school last year. My other biggest achievement is continuing to take care of my special needs son and my other job while balancing out life and everything around me

I am a great caregiver because I have passion for what I do. I enjoy helping people on a daily basic. I am dependable, reliable, honest and trustworthy. I love building relationships with people and learning about people cuture . My goal as a caregiver is to give the best care possible and building relationships base on trust and HiPPA. Some of my personal achievement are taking my CNA class while preparing ny self to take the test. I am as in school taking classes to help me become a Nurse .

I'm very patient, calm, easygoing and respectful of every human being. I have extensive knowledge of dementia/Alzheimer's disease. It may sound cliche, but I absolutely love helping people! What I enjoy most about caregiving is the bond that develops between the caregiver and client. What I'm most proud of is making a positive difference in people's lives!

I've been working in the nursing field for over 18 yrs I love what I do I also did home health for 6yrs I'm currently in school studying for my LPN but I'm not stopping there going for my RN . What I enjoy the most is taking care of people

In 2019 my grandmother was diagnosed with bladder cancer, shortly after her starting chemo she began to get extremely sick. During this transition me and my mother were her caregivers. We performed all of her hygiene needs , medical needs and gave her the companionship and comfort that she needed. She passed away August 22nd of 2020 which led me to want to become a caregiver and care for those that were in her shoes.
