I am a great caregiver because Im patient , loyal, reliable, has a caring heart, and can keep you energized through tough times. My grandma attracted me to become a caregiver when I was 18 year's old I took care of my grandma when she was on hospice. I feel the time I had with her was the best may not have been what I imagine but we made the best out of it and I love everything I did and I wouldn't change nothing. That's what made me just want to become a caregiver. I enjoy everything about being a caregiver, like feeding time give you time to get to know them more talk about there favorite things or watch tv doing things they enjoy most. I like to get a bond with them. I'm proud of resourcefulness, flexibility and determination.

I enjoy working as a caregiver because it touches my heart seeing elderly get the help they need and seeing someone care for them as if they were family.

I really enjoy taking care of people. I love interacting with different people and learning new things. I have a huge heart and it surely feels great when I'm able to help in any way. I've had some personal experience watching my father pass away while in hospice last year from Lung Cancer. I'm planning on going back to school at night for nursing real soon. I want to wake up and do things that will make my soul happy!

I grew up with my grandpa being a stroke victim and always wanting to help people! 20 years later my grandma fell sick and I was that person to take care of her till she passed!
