I'm very loving, compassion love to help elderly people since I was young.I promise my grandma that I will take care of her and everyone else that gets older I'm my family.And till this day I help everyone I can with joy.

I am a CNA with in home care experience as well as nursing home experience. I have worked with elderly residents and also the mentally challenged. My favorite part about being a caregiver is helping people maintain a sense of independence as well as being there to lend a helping hand.

Hi My name is Elexus Hill . I started working in the healthcare field in 2016 after my father passed away. I knew my passion was to help others. I first became a Certified Nurse Assistant , and then I went back to school to gain experience to become a Registered Nurse . My journey to finishing school has had its ups and downs due to family deaths. I have a very strong background in the healthcare field , I have previously worked in the ICU unit at a hospital , long term care facilities as well as in the home setting.

I have patience, I'm fun I like to help people, I like to talk to people so they can trust me and feel confortable.and also I recognize my mistakes , I like to give the best of myself to the people.

I'm a very outgoing caregiver that cares more about how the residents is feeling and the comfortability than my own! I love taking care of people, and the smiles I get when I come to there home to help them out is amazing! What I enjoy the most about caregiving is the ability to learn and connect with my care senior! I try my best to help and understand the importance of caregiving! As for what attracted me to be a care giver is I see so many articles and shows on tv showing all of these residents being abused and it broke my heart and I wanted to make a difference so I decided to go to a technical high school were I got my CNA as well as all of my other certifications. What I enjoy most about being a care giver is the smiles I get when I do even the littlest thing s for my residents I am not saying it is always easy or picture perfect but I think of my residents as family members and treat them exactly how I would treat my own family member because you always have to think they did not ask to be in there situation and that is what I always refer back to. One of my personal achievements that I am proud of is I went to a technical high school and got all of my certifications there and now am currently attending a university to further my education while working per diem. As well as currently looking for a full time job so I can continue helping people while also saving money for college.
