Rather than focusing on what their loved one can no longer do, i try to be in the moment with them -- looking at photos, listening to music, cooking a favorite meal, remembering that they weren't always sick. As a personal care assistant I will provide all client with the physical daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing , getting out of bed, standing or exercising. Ensure client received appropriate diet by reviewing their daily restrictions food , allergy and Preferences.
