I am a passionate caregiver who loves the work I do. I started out taking care of my ill grandmother at 17 years old in North Little Rock, Arkansas. I graduated two year ahead of my class at 16 years old in May of 2011. As soon I received my diploma, I quickly enrolled in CNA classes where I soon graduated first in my class in February 2012. I have been in the medical field ever since. My grandmother thankfully recovered fully in good health and since then I have worked in facilities and home health areas. I am an easygoing person with a bubbly personality. I love to make people laugh as well as feel comfort and peace in my presence.
I have a nurturing spirit. I became a care giver at a young age. I took care of my god mother at 12 years of age. My career choice stemmed from my relationship with the elderly. I love what I do. My work speaks from its self. I love to help people get back to their best. . I love how I can get to the meanest people and they truly love me. I have client I make special sandwich's to make him happy. So when he doesn't eat the staff let's me know and I can go cook and he will eat. This makes me proud. He doesn't like many but he likes me. I'm proud of that.
I like to laugh and I love the nature. I also love how if I can come home from work with making a person happy or comfortable for the day then I did a wonderful job. I enjoy playing games and bbq's. I'm easy going person who like to be around different people. I'm easy to have a conversation with, I'm very passionate towards people. My mom was a CNA when I was 12 years old, my mom took me to work with her i enjoyed helping others and seeing the smile on their faces. What I enjoy most is seeing their faces when you walk in, being able to help them, learn about them. Being able to know they have someone there to help and listen to them.

What makes me a great caregiver is the fact that I have a huge compassion with helping people. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver is the happiness you can create as well as not only sympathy but the empathy towards the elderly past or current life situations. I really enjoy creating a bond by listening to there life stories and taking care of them because it helps not only themselves but the family I love to see people smile and to help them make there day the best that it can be. Made me feel I was right where I belonged
