I have been a caregiver for approximately 7 years. I started because I really love caring for others and I wanted to make a positive impact in someone's life even if it was just companionship or taking them out for errands. I loved caring for others so much I furthered my career and got my Medical Assistant Certification. I have used it to be able to help those who need more serious attention as well. It gives me great joy to see a others be able to live life to their fullest and to be able to be a part of that.

Hello! My name is Starlett Carrier and I am a 29 year old student majoring in nursing. I am currently married with 3 step children. My hobby is cooking and singing. I have been a caregiver since I was about 6 years old. I watched my great grandmother suffer a stroke and heart attack. I then played a major role in her aftercare. I would feed her, assist with her bathing, and change her as well. Several years later I became the cathode rod my grandfather who grew very ill. I enjoy taking care of others especially ones who need my assistance. I am extremely proud of my dedication and commitment to finishing nursing school to began a career in the field I love most.
