I am very kind, i love to make people laugh, I love taking care of people and have been doing so for 20 years.

I became a CNA after taking care of my grandmother. I enjoy working with elderly and helping them meet their needs. I take pride in being a CNA.

I don't judge people, I am very friendly. I think that it is important to speak and smile at people when they speak to you you never know if they're having a bad day or just wants to be noticed by someone. I want to help people and I always wanted to be a nurse when I was little. Good things comes to those who give. I enjoy building a relationship with the clients and getting to know them they always have good stories or would asked me a million of questions about myself. I am proud of myself for being independent and strong and actually staying in one place for a good period of time.

I have been doing this kind of work for 34 years and have enjoyed the clients I have worked with. It's been the most enjoyable pleasure to work in the healthcare field.

I fell in love with caregiving while I was taking care of my mother at home and seemed like something I was very good at it. After she was placed in a nursing home, I worked as an activity asst for a year and continued to be my mom's advocate. From there I worked with Alzheimer's residents for about 3 years, then continued working off and on in elder care throughout most of my working history. I enjoy helping others that need the assisting. Being 1 of 3 caregivers chosen by a client for providing her cares only was to me quit an achievement!

I am a very caring person. Once i'm comfortable and people get to know me, I have a very funny and bubbly personality. I'm always looking for ways to enlighten the mood, or to look at the better side of things and picking the positive out of any situation. I really started in the caregiving field in hopes of becoming a CNA one day and as I progressed more into this particular field, I loved it. I love knowing I am helping someone's mom/dad, grandmother/grandfather, or brother/sister making their life just a little bit easier. I also loved that I learned a lot from clients. Not only with medical things, but their wisdom. A lot of clients in the past have given me tips or advice that was actually very useful and helpful. I love getting to know the people I am caring for because it makes my job easier and gives them some joy as well knowing that i'm not just there for a job but also a companion!

I am very caring and love helping people! I took care of my great grandma for 2 years until she passed and then I decided to continue im nursing homes and have loved it since. I love seeing the joy they have by you helping them!

I became a PCA because I am very much a people person and like helping others. What I like about it is the internal rewards you get when your client makes great strides. What I am proud of is when I was taking care of 2 autistic teens and the mother said one day to one of them "so what do you think of Jeff"? And his reply was that I fit in and that he feels more motivated just having me around. As far as myself, I am very much motivated to see progress in my clients, I am very patient and empathetic, and I just flat out like helping people.

I am a great care giver because I want what's best for the person I care for. I give 110 percent of my efforts to make sure the person is happy healthy and safe.
