Hello, Im Christina, I am a great caregiver because I am compassionate and have a very good amount of patience. I understand what most people are going through and have the ability to be very sympathetic towards each individual and their own unique situation. Everyone needs a little assistance every now and then and helping others in something I take pride in. I treat my clients with much respect and make sure they are happy and comfortable. It makes me feel better about myself knowing that I can help make someone's life a little easier and put a smile on their face.
what helps me be a great caregiver is getting to know my client and build an relationship with them I look at all my clients as if they were related to me in some sort of way and I treat them how I would treat my mom, grandma, father grandfather etc..... Wat made me want to become a caregiver is that my parents are getting older and soon won't be able to do a lot of the things they are use to doing so I wanted to get in the health field so I can help them when they need me to help them I will know wat to do for the conditions they will have..... I like waking up in the morning knowing I'm going to care for somebody that need me and trust me with helping them with there everyday routine such as eating bathing and cleaning up there area......

And I'm actually very good at it I treat everyone as if they were a family member of mine
I worked for 1. 5 years in a nursing facility as a certified nursing assistant helping our elderly with all aspects of their activities of daily living. I also worked as a mental health therapy aide at the Buffalo psychiatric center for 10 years and took care of my mom the last year of her life. I am very personable and caring. I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I love the Bills and Sabres and like to do crossword puzzles. One of my biggest assets is my ability to put my self into others shoes.
I am 31 years old and have been a CNA since 2010. I also starting doing home care on top of nursing home care and absolutely love it. I love making people smile and helping them with daily task they need assistance with to make their day go a lot easier and happier. I look at my clients as family. I treat them as i would want my family memeber to be treated.
I am a very patient and empathetic person. I have a great respect for seniors, as I view seniors as the mothers and fathers of our community. I have loved being around seniors since my childhood. I feel seniors can impart great wisdom about life through their conversations and experiences that cannot be obtained anywhere else. The thing that gives me the greatest satisfaction about being a caregiver is when I know that I have positively contributed to someone's well-being for a day and they look forward to seeing me tomorrow.
I was introduced to care giving at a young age. My mother was a CNA and worked in a skilled care facility. She helped me get a job in the kitchen and when i seen how much she ment to the people she cared for i wanted to do the same. I worked in the health care field for over 20 yrs. I have experience working in group homes for the mentality ill to skilled facilities. At the present time i am a Senior aide where i make sure my patients are cared for to the best.

Hello my name is Autum Samuel, I've been in the health field as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 2-3 years and Home Health Aide for 1 year. I got into this field because I really enjoy helping people in need out! I am very motivated and always eager to learn more things. I'm a very hard worker and I always push to go beyond what maybe expected. I like for my resident and/or clients to be as comfortable and happy as the reach this time in there life they may stress them out because they are not able to perform they're everyday lifestyle as they once was able to. I promote independence I do not take that away because I do not want anyone to feel as if they are not able to do for them selves. I do thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Have a great day!
