Hello my name is Mindy Tate I've been a CNA since 2003, CPR/BLS certified. In 2013 I went to cosmetology school even though I love doing hair, once I received my cosmetology licenses I realized my biggest passion was still in nursing. I've worked in nursing facilities and home health. I'm always asked why I love being a nurse well that's easy to answer, when I get too work and the residence/client sees me the smile on their face and the excitement in their voice when they say my name is the most heartwarming feeling, they would say I always have the biggest smile on my face no matter what kind of day I'm having. I've worked with dementia and Alzheimer patients. I have no allergies will work with smokes/nonsmokers, cats, dogs ect. Available anyday of week and anytime but prefer to be home in evenings with my 3 kids. Thank you for your time I look forward to hearing from you.

I am the oldest of our family. I was always the person taking care of my siblings. I worked with the school district for 24 years. One of my personal achievements is being chosen as paraprofessional of the year for my school district. I am patient, friendly, responsible, honest, and enjoy being with people. I became interested in being a caregiver after I saw how much my mother needed help.

Im 40 im married I have 1 child hes 17 and have animals. I am very sweet, loving and caring person. I treat everyone with respect they deserve. Im also very reliable. I always have a smile on my face. I love to meet people get to know them.

I have a very loving and caring heart and personality, When I was young I started care giving in nursing homes and home health and ever since it's been so rewarding to know that I can help people. It makes me feel good to know I've made a difference and that I'm needed that is most rewarding to me. I have always been proud of the fact that I have always been able to make a difference and use the skills I've learned over the years and can't wait to make more awesome memories with ones in need.

I'd say what makes me a great Caregiver is the amount of time/energy I put in. I love to put a smile on someone's face, I love hearing "Ms.Alecia is that you ", and "I love Ms.Alecia". I love getting compliments from the families. What attracts me to be caregiver is the excitement and love I get from the new PT. What I enjoy most is a good story from the residents I love when they tell me about there younger days, and I just enjoy the smiles I bring . I personally am proud of myself for working on my Patients. Caregivers are tested a lot an I admire how strong minded we all are.

I have a wonderful personality I have. Over 3years experience in home health care field what attracted me was I use to work in the dayhab center my clients would come to liked it alot and starting working in the homes. I enjoy being a mentor and just helping out in general. I'm proud of the impact I've had on clients over the years

As a young child one of my favorite things was to hang out with my grandparents/great grandparents and hear all their many stories. From their child hood and all in between. I also loved helping them in various things. From landscaping with my grandfather to cooking and sewing with my grandmother. I became a caregiver because being in the company of my elders is what brought me the greatest joy. I love the smiles on their faces. My best achievement is being missed when I'm off.
