My name is Kacia Grossman and I have been a caregiver for 1+ years. I enjoy getting to know each of my residents, and taking care of them the best way that fits their health and care needs. I have always wanted to work in the medical field where I am able to serve others. Spending time and treating them as your own family not only makes a caregiver job more enjoyable but comforts the family, knowing they are being taken care of in the comfort of their own home.

Hello I consider myself a great caregiver because I'm passionate about the needs and responsibility in caring for others. My ability as a strong caregiver goes beyond the call of duty as a dependable and trustworthy person that always thinks about how can I go further into improving myself educationally into what I need to become a better me in the healthcare field. Even though I am greatly experienced in healthcare, I know that I always have potential for growth. I am knowledgeable, punctual, and attentive to detail in whatever I do. I am a fast thinker and I am good at being a team player as well as a single player to every aspect of my job.
What makes me a great caregiver is that I am able to relate to the needs of my clients base on individuality. I am very compassionate towards my clients. I try my very best to understand their needs and find a solution to it. I became a caregiver not only to help people who are at a disadvantage but rather because I care about people and enjoy being a part of their lives. For many years I've lived away from my father, but the moment I received a phone call that he had a stroke I dropped everything and went to care for him until he recovered. That alone shows how caring and concern I am about people who are unable to care for themselves. What I like about being a caregiver is the fact that I am able to bring a smile on the faces of my clients no matter what moods they are in for that particular day. I go to an extended mile to make sure that their needs are met and that they are taken good care of and happy. One personal achievement I am proud of is being able to graduate college. Both my parents are illiterate and for me to be the first out of four siblings to go to college and graduate was a very good accomplishment for me. And with what I have learned and experience I will continue to strive in what I love the most; that is helping people.

I became a caregiver because it is my gift. My professional career began 20 years ago in the healthcare industry. When I was 19 my husband suffered a massive stroke. I then learned being a caregiver was a second nature skill and desire. All of my clients appreciate that I am patient, compassionate, dependable and meticulous in the ways that I care for them. I live in the Austin area and have immediate availability. While I am not CNA certified, I do have all the nursing experience as well as nutrition and personal training. Blessings to you and your family.

I enjoy working with people and am at my peek of contentment when I can make a nice difference in their life. I am a compassionate, honest, and qualified woman who has, by choice, spent a fulfilling lifetime in servanthood positions with both geriatrics and children. I look for the positive in every situation and my eager enthusiasm comes across as joyfulness. I have cared for and have received training in a variety of geriatric special needs. I have worked in the field since 2010, for agencies, as well as private individuals. When looking for someone to care for yourself or your loved one seek integrity, kindness and skill. If you find those qualities in someone who is eager and willing to give their time and energy be wise, and don't loose her over a few dollars.
