I'm a down to earth and very understanding kind of person, and by having members in my own family that have needed help with everyday living situations, helped me gain a lot of knowledge of those who need assistance. I love helping people it's in my nature. It warms my heart, I feel like families truly appreciate someone who will help them take great care of their loved ones.

About me is that I am a cheerful must loving person to get along with love to make the day great by sharing the love that I have to adapt to other people that might not seem the same way. I love to show that I care by helping and giving support and been there when no one else is there.

Hello my name is Mindy Tate I've been a CNA since 2003, CPR/BLS certified. In 2013 I went to cosmetology school even though I love doing hair, once I received my cosmetology licenses I realized my biggest passion was still in nursing. I've worked in nursing facilities and home health. I'm always asked why I love being a nurse well that's easy to answer, when I get too work and the residence/client sees me the smile on their face and the excitement in their voice when they say my name is the most heartwarming feeling, they would say I always have the biggest smile on my face no matter what kind of day I'm having. I've worked with dementia and Alzheimer patients. I have no allergies will work with smokes/nonsmokers, cats, dogs ect. Im 38 im married I have 1 child hes 16 and have animals. I am very sweet, loving and caring person. I treat everyone with respect they deserve. Im also very reliable. I always have a smile on my face. I love to meet people get to know them.

Growing up I've always been empathetic and vulnerable. I consider other peoples feelings before my own. Caring for others and helping those in need has been a calling of mine from a young age. Providing care for others gives me a sense of purpose. I've been involved in church on and off my entire life. I am proud of myself for partaking in my churches worship team and being able to help in the youth group as well.

I have my CNA certification. I have experience with home health and actual facilities where I would care for residents/clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, copd, any health disability basically. I also have experience with meal prep, and cleaning for them. I love the bond I build with the residents/clients and always work to the best of my abilities for them.

It's my calling this is what I'm suppose to be doing on this earth and love it.i have worked in hospitals /rehabs inside homes but mostly nursing homes . i take care of my clients and at the end of the day i can rest in peace knowing i have completed my duties.
