Hello, I'm tayvia I have been doing this type of care for about 6 years now. I absolutely love helping people in need. I wanted to help people since my grandparents were my entire world and I got to help and be there for there last time here on earth and that when I realized that I love helping people.

I'm a big sister to 7 siblings , a daughter and a mother. I once owned and operated a restaurant in Las Vegas and am quite competent in the kitchen! I show my love for others via my cuisine and enjoy watching eyes light up when tasting my food. I'm also a licensed medical aesthetician so skin disorders are handled professionally. Having spent many years in a medical practice, I'm quite capable of recognizing symptoms out of the ordinary and will handle appropriately and professionally. I find sharing kindness and love with our elderly makes me happy and what's wrong with sharing a little love in the world for those who have gone before us? I started volunteering at a local rehabilitation senior center a few years ago and since then I realized I love helping our elders and individuals that need assistance! Growing up as an Asian Pacific Islander, our parents have always instilled in us to respect and care for our elders even if there not family and this has stuck with me and not only is it in our nature it is our duty as younger generation to care for our elders , so this is very important to me and also the reason I love and enjoy working as a care giver! After the senior center, I started working for an elderly couple with Alzheimer's and dementia, this was new to me but I have learned so much from them and will be able to help and understand others living with Alzheimer's and/ or dementia...

I have worked mostly with children but also with a couple of adults (mostly my dad and my grandma). My experience includes providing a healthy living space from the food they eat, to providing massages, teaching yoga, cleaning, administering hormone injections during a fertility treatment process for a 50 yr old expectant mother, and taking a 92 yr old woman to go to the shops 30 min away from where she lived since she couldn't drive. I love working with anyone who is in need of care. I am a calm and caring person and I know that I can provide the care needed to provide a comfortable and good quality of life for whoever the person may be.
