I am unique I have experience and I am compassionate for elders that are in need. Empathy is something else I bring to the table I am all for the client. When I was a child my grandmother became sick and needed assistance from caregivers they treated her well, furthermore she was an LPN and only wanted the best interest for her patients. I thought it would be great to help elders also have a positive mind set even on a not so good day. Have patience and listen. I must be reliable for my client and the family there is a job that needs to be done and I want them to know they can depend on me. I am trustworthy and honesty is a must. I've watched aides help my grandmother from 1996 to 2004 and they showed me things everyday they came so I would be able to help out myself when they are not there. I started working in home care 2009 after graduating school for medical assisting. I bring great work ethics love and care. Everyone needs someone to depend on and that is me. Thank you
I have been in the nursing field since 1996. In 2013 I decided to go to school to become a medical assistant. I have a portfolio made with all the important information that is needed for caregiving. I love taking care of people with Alzheimer's and Dementia. The main reason I got into this field is my grand mother needed care and my mother did not want to put her in a nursing home. Also my son who passed away from leukemia, I made him a promise that I would better myself in the nursing field.
Hello my name is Nicole. I have been in the medical field for ten years now. I really love being a caregiver(home health aide) it is one of my favorite fields. I love trying to help make their day just a little better if that means all I have to do is try than it's worth it to me. I am looking for part or full time. I am also willing to do fill ins or just temporary positions. Please feel free to contact me or the company and ask me any questions. I truly hope to hear from you. The last Senior citizen I was taking care of is currently, permanently in a home and it breaks my heart to not being able to be there for him every day but thats how I know that what I do for a living is worth something. That there's 100% a career for everyone, whether you chose to try that career or not but I know at the end of the day that I was 110% correct in picking the career I currently participate in today.
I am a great caregiver because I an passionate about my clients as if they were a family member. Being a caregiver is my way if giving back to life as I have been fortunate to be healthy and able to assist those who can no longer do so for themselves. I have taken extra training so that I have no limitations as to what I can do.
I enjoy a lot of flexibility and independence in my work. I like working one-on-one with someone and developing a relationship with a client. I can be creative and think on my feet. I like tasks such as cooking for someone, helping with errands/shopping, conversing and participating in activities with my client. I like fulfilling someone's requests and catering to an individual's likes and dislikes. I enjoy a home-like environment.
To be able to help people, making people smile and giving a sense of hope and providing the best care possible to each and every individual. I was able to care for the elderly which also help me continue my education. I finished school in March as a Registered Medical Assistant. I'm very caring and sympathic to another person needs.
I became a Certified Nurses Aide in 1977, and have kept going ever since. I have worked mostly with geriatrics, in long term facilities. I also worked in Hospice both professionally and private duty often, as well as homecare for skilled and personal care. I really enjoy people and giving comfort when it is needed.
I have twenty years of experience. Outside of being an hourly paid professional caregiver, I have also cared for family members and neighbors. My broad range of experience covers pediatrics, geriatrics, people with disabilities and common day to day people. I specialize in housekeeping, grooming, running errands and companionship. I'm a medical assistant by trade and am pursuing more training so that I can provide quality caregiving satisfaction.
