my heart goes out to folks who cannot care for themselves. i have a passion for putting other people first. Seeing someone with an intellectual disability able to lead a happy, safe, fulfilling life is enough to make it worthwhile! I have made many peoples day or night brighter by smiling, holding their hands when they are scared, being gentle and kind and going beyond the call of duty. i love to be able to go into an alzheimer patients room and turn the tornado into sun! i have done this many times.
