I retired last year to Beverly Hills from a Health Ins company, dealing with medical and behavioral health clients as a Care Manager Coordinator. I recently started to work for Comfort Keepers here in Inverness and have found them very unprofessional. I have a client who requests me exclusively and they refuse to allow clients the same caretaker, always switching the clients and caretakers schedules. Since I work part time only, this can be very exasperating. I want a set client or 2 and am able to work Mon-Fri, between the hrs of 9am and 4pm. An occasional Sat if needed. In Beverly Hills, exclusively. I have a new vehicle that clients enjoy being transported and have great references. Along with a full background screening done by Comfort Keepers, which is pristine.
