As a personal trainer I develop immediately empathy with the seniors population so I became an ACE Advance Health and Fitness Specialist, I also got my certification from SilverSneakers and from Zumba Gold to try to meet al the different needs of my older clients. I try in each one of my classes to make the feel succesfull I understand how important that is for them I also make emphasis on their posture because I truly belive that they are the first one that can help in getting a good posture also having the correct postur is like having the correct attitude in life and we all need to feel that but specially the senior population so I try to make them feel better about them selfs.
