I also worked 2nd shift and would have to answer the phone, greet, and help them with anything they needed. I always was smiling no matter what, the residents loved me. I did everything then needed me to do. I was a very hard worker. I took very good care of the residents and helped my coworkers all the time. Very fast-paced but accomplished what needed to be done. Calmed down any upset residents.I demonstrated lots of good skills. Verbal communication, hard-working, fast paced, medication pass, customer service, motivation, accurate, multitasking, assisting others, optimistic, reliable, cooperative, and responsible!
