For example; I once took care of a patient in a hospital who was suppose to get discharged. While taking the patient's vital I noticed there was no sound of systolic and diastolic pressure. As a result, my intuition told me something was not right and took my concern to the nurse. Consequently, she took my concerns serious and follow up with the doctor, because she knew I always looked out for the best interest of the patient.
