I AM COLLEGE EDUCATED AND WELL ROUNDED INDIVIDUAL. I AM PATIENT AND ENERGETIC WHO IS COMPASSIONATE AND DEPENDABLE. I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT MY WORK. THE IMPORTANCE OF TREATING OTHERS WITH KINDNESS,DIGNITY AND RESPECTS. FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS I HAD BEEN A PERSONAL CAREGIVER FOR MULTIPLE INDIVIDUALS WITH DIFFERENT SITUATIONS,NEEDS AND CONDITIONS. I HAD DONE A LIVE OUT ARRANGEMENT ONLY. I DO MEDICATIONS REMINDERS, BATHING/SHOWERING, GROOMING, BED BATH/SPONGE BATH, FEEDING, COMPANIONSHIP, AND LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING.

. At the age of fourteen my grandfather had a stroke that left him paralyzed from the waste down. Although I was very young, I helped with his translation, changed his adult diapers, bathed and clothed him transfer in and out of bed cook and also fed him I was doing this for 11yrs until sadly he passed away this summer of 2012. I made it a priority to better understand the healthcare system, and developed a close relationship with many healthcare providers who provided excellent care to my grandfather. This experience had motivated me to pursue a career in the medical profession. Seeking in a position for growth in a established company where I have the opportunity to utilize my skills to benefit the company.Able to work as a team or individual in a high pressurrd environment. Ability to motivate to help other in work place to accomplish goals. Always on time, dedicated, able to learn quickly, dependable, hardworking and responsible. Very reliable, punctual, organized and strong desire to learn. Willing to learn new tools and take a challenge to benefits the greater good of the company.
