I have a passion working with the elderly population. My professional experience has been in the Medical field as well as working over 10 years providing excellent personal care to geriatric clients and building long term relationship with the client and their families. What I love about being a care giver is I truly love people. Making a difference in their lives and putting a smile on their face, brings much joy to me plus giving the family a sense of peace knowing that their loved one is being cared for in a loving and professional manner. I have missed working with the elderly and am ready to make a difference in the lives of people providing service with a smile. I am completely a trustworthy, mature and dedicated person and am looking forward to meeting new new challenges. My greatest achievement was when my family had opened Quinn Healthcare services on 1996 where I had provided personal care to clients and patients in a residential setting .

I have 3 grown children , and 4 grandchildren. (one with special needs) I have always wanted to be in the role of a caretaker since playing with dolls. My family has been in the medical field, elderly care since I was a child. I find it very rewarding, and enjoy learning from others wisdom. I enjoy giving family members a sense of peace to do the things they need to do in a day and I love getting to know my clients. Getting to know their wants and needs to get through a day and seeing their faces light up. Among my strengths including clear communication, calming strategies and schedule management, I believe the quality of patience qualifies me to care for an Alzheimer's or dementia client. I am proud to have experienced emergency room experience through my past job as an emt. I feel I have the knowledge to know an emergency and handle it calmly and smoothly. My greatest achievement was raising my children and now watching them be great parents. I became a caregiver in 1984 because I lived next door to an assisted living community. Sometimes leading a resident back to there home and being asked to join their working team.
