I Became a caregiver because Caregiving jobs can be extremely rewarding for the right type of person. I like older adults and feel i can get along well with a variety of elders. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better.I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others I enjoy taking care of elderly people I also like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. Caregiving is a huge personal accomplishment so I'm happy to go to work daily and take care of the elderly I feel accomplished.

Provide direct resident care services including medicine distribution to residents. Follow individualized plan of care for all residents. Perform resident assessments as required by the state standards/regulations and facility policy, under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living. Observe residents for change in condition and report any changes immediately to supervisor and/or the Executive Director.
