I am attracted to being a caregiver because i enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. Being a caregiver makes me do work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I don't ever say, "that's not my job" but instead like pitching in to do whatever is needed and like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better.I do take pride in your attention to detail. My personal achievement that am proud of is having been selected as the best hard-working caregiver that works well in a team and is willing to learn at all times. I do feel that when am older, i'd want someone like myself there to help you if you need help

Hello, my name is Petra, I have over 10 years of professional experience in caregiving. It is a true passion of mine to help people. I have expertise in life coaching, wellness coaching, and working with people with mental disabilities. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life and the opportunity to build relationships and help someone achieve their goals. It brings me joy to care for someone that is in need and to assure that they know that they are loved and important. One of my personal achievements is the healing I have done for my husband who was hit by a Semi Truck on the highway and went through a series of challenges both mental and physical. He has come such a long way, and it is with the knowledge and the experience I have that I know he will be restored again and that I was able to help him achieve the impossible. I believe that for everyone and when it comes to my clients if there is something they want to accomplish I make it my priority to help them towards their goals and needs. This work is my heart and my calling, and I am always blessed to be apart of caring for another.
