I helped to keep up with and schedule her doctors' appointments and took her to doctor appointments, the hair salon, and out for lunch with her friend. I washed and styled her hair, gave her manicures and applied her make up. I gave her companionship with a warm, friendly, and patient additude.

I cared for an elderly lady who eventually became a hospice patient. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, therefore somewhat disoriented with memory loss. She recognized me and was happy with the company and the care I provided her. I assisted her with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, Etc. I cooked simple meals and assisted with medications. I kept records detailing all actions and interactions during my time with her, so that co-workers, supervisor, as well as visiting nurses and doctors were aware of the patient's care and changes to her physical health and cognisance.
