I became a caregiver 12 years ago after my grandmother had a stroke. It was then that I truly realized my purpose. So I decided to leave the corporate workplace and pursue work in the home health care field. I love making a difference in the life of another human being. All people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect no matter what. I practice honesty, loyalty and gratefulness. I'm extremely organized, clean, patient and professional. I come to work each shift with a smile on my face looking forward to seeing, listening to and caring for my client. I'm always considerate of the fact I'm in the clients home and therefore respectful of their space. Time spent there is productive and valued. I'm devoted to living a healthy lifestyle which means preparing and eating quality foods. Exercise is so important as well along with sunshine and fresh air. Of course all in moderation and different for each case. I look forward to meeting the family members and those closest to the client. I will accommodate the client according to their wishes. I strive to make our time together pleasurable and comforting. Thank you!

Why I would be a great caregiver, I had taken care of my mother for many years she had arthritis in her hip, knees she waited too many years before she had surgery at that time it was too late for the healing process to recover 100% she always needs help to walk and get around like shopping or her day to day errands, taking a bath at times, cleaning, cooking, going to doctors appointments. As her daughter, I was there for my mother for many 15 years helping her to have a normal life as possible, caregiver, provider, and a good listener I love to help people in any way possible in today's world of Covid19. I see many elderly people that may need help I always ask if I could help in any small way that I could help. I have worked in a customer service environment for many years in my career I enjoy listening, acknowledging what is going on in their life what can I do to help, always showing empty with grace. I would treat anyone with the utmost respect with kindness if I would be their caregiver. I was proud to help my mother and to say I was her daughter if she was still alive today I would do it all over again with no hesitation.
