Hola!!! Hello!! My name is Heather West. I would like to first note that I understand how this process of searching for someone to care for your loved one can be very timorours.....I too have been in your shoes. Thinking.... who can care for them like I can? All the what ifs goes through you head. I can guarantee with my upbringing, it will bring a bit of ease to any concerns that you may have. At age 8 my younger sister was diagnosed with autism . Along with mental episodes there is constant physical care throughout her whole life. I feel that this experience alone has had a major impact on my life and directed my course of fate. We recently moved to Florida from North Carolina due to her acceptance into a school for young adults, so now I have empty nest and miss what I love and wake up to do.....provide adequate care for those in need. My objectives are To obtain a position with a client/family that allows me to utilize my organizational skills, ability to multitask and energetic character. I have excellent communication skills and years of experience working with the elderely. I am ambitious in working towards my career goals and enhancing my skill set. If given the opportunity, I'd bring creativity, energy and organization when working in loving environment.
