* Educate a class of 5-7 mentally-ill and/or developmentally disabled residents on court policies, roles, and functions * Document monthly notes on residents' goals, achievements, and progression * Clerical operations paper faxing, filing, computer savvy, data entry, phone etiquette * Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment * Assess residents needs for direct treatment services and facilitate functional skills and job coaching groups by planning, coordinating, and conducting simulation exercises and classroom activities * Works with resident to ensure completion of daily living activities * Maintains a safe environment by proactively using verbal and non-verbal communication and intervention skills in accordance with our non-coercive strategies and trauma-informed care. * Responsible for assessing resident's level of functioning and adapting a curriculum to meet resident's educational needs and goals * Responsible for completing rehabilitation assessments, monitoring performance and progress by providing written and verbal observations, outcomes, and recommendations for future treatment
