I decided to return to USA in 2005 after working as a teacher for 10 years in Mexico. My first jobs here were in sales. However, in 2012 my parents-in-law needed help with their everyday living activities, and I offered to work for them. I never thought caring for someone could be both challenging and rewarding at the same time. I felt I needed more training, so in 2015 I receive training to be a CNA/RNA at Western Medical Training Center. It is over 5 years that I have been working as a caregiver helping my clients with their showering, bathing, toileting, cleaning, cooking, shopping, transportation, measuring their vital signs, mobility, restorative exercises, wound dressing etc. it is very satisfying to receive appreciation for every task done to improve someone's life. I feel very proud to be someone that can be trusted and respected by every family I work for.
