My name is pronounced MAY-FERN, but May is fine. I have a little over 2 years working as a caregiver, I am 19 years old. I am Nicaraguan, I speak Spanish and English, I understand a little Italian. I became a caregivers because I fell in love with the Medical field, and I was given the opportunity to work as a caregiver to see if the Medical field is what I was really into. I stuck with caregiving because I saw it as a way of preparing myself for the real deal, and I enjoy being there for those that need me, I love my job and my patients. One thing that I consider a personal achievement is when I am able to see my patients faces light up with joy because they know that they have someone who is reliable, trustworthy, caring and loving just a call away.
