Hello, my name is Takia Hill, and I proudly provide (medical) services to those in need of care by offering a complete range of personal support and companionship services. I provide patients with one-on-one care in the privacy and comfort of their house or senior living community. I assist with day-to-day activities, including bathing, grooming, bathroom assistance, assistance with walks, gym time, and physical therapy. I also provide hands-on service with transportation and meal preparation according to patients' plans and needs. I make it a point always to allow and encourage residents to do as much on their own as possible while having the reassurance of my close supervision and encouraging words. I Provide direct and indirect patient care, Transport patients, via wheelchair or accompany ambulatory patients, and transfer and offer assistance during moving of patients into and out of wheelchairs, toilets, beds, and other equipment. I have experience with assisting patients requiring help with feeding, toileting, and all other ADL care. I am A loving, caring, and hardworking Home Health Aide with years of experience supporting and nursing elderly patients. My main focus is to connect with patients and their families personally, to gain their trust so I can make them feel safe and comfortable. While providing top-tier aid, assistance, service, encouragement, and companionship. I take this profession and these duties very seriously, thus making this more than just a job.
