I have strong healthcare communication skills and work well independently or with a team. I embrace helping individuals to live productively and comfoartably in their own home or other residences. I have many years of experience in assisting physically and mentally challenged individuals with personal care, companionship and all. activities for daily living (bathing, dressing, homemaking, transportation to appointments, etc.) I have been working with the elderly, young adults and children for over 15 years, and have an excellent track record in assisting clients in non-medical and healthcare settings; I am sensitive to their concerns and needs. I generally work in Hillsborough and Polk counties but may be available to work in other florida counties or travel out of state with a client.

I would like to first note that I understand how this process of searching for someone to care for your loved one can be very timorours.....I too have been in your shoes. Thinking.... who can care for them like I can? All the what ifs goes through you head. I can guarantee with my upbringing, it will bring a bit of ease to any concerns that you may have. At age 8 my younger sister was diagnosed with autism . Along with mental episodes there is constant physical care throughout her whole life. I feel that this experience alone has had a major impact on my life and directed my course of fate. We recently moved to Florida from North Carolina due to her acceptance into a school for young adults, so now I have empty nest and miss what I love and wake up to do.....provide adequate care for those in need. My objectives are To obtain a position with a client/family that allows me to utilize my organizational skills, ability to multitask and energetic character. I have excellent communication skills and years of experience working with the elderely. I am ambitious in working towards my career goals and enhancing my skill set.
