I became a caregiver to be able to help some one family get through difficult times that they may be having with their love ones. And be able to give and show support in their love ones daily activities. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a chance to show myself approve to some one else's family. I am able to be responsible for my patients, take pride in my work, and be a team player. As well as letting the families know that they can rely on me at any giving time to provide good services to their love one. My personal achievement is taking care of my comatose son, and knowing that I was able to do the best job in providing care for him before he past. After he past I took the opportunity to go back to school and received my Patient Care Diploma, Nursing Aid/ Home Health Review Certificate, as well as my Phlebotomy Certificate. I take pride in my work when I am dealing with my patients, I make sure my patients mental, and physical health comes first as well as there families needs. I am a team player, responsible and a take charge person when need to be. I am also loyal to my patients and there families.
I have been caregiving since 2007. All of the women in my family are caregivers, CNA's and nurses. It was only natural for me to take on this field after graduating from High School. I love hearing every clients story, hearing about their life, their kids and careers. One of my greatest achievements has been successfully teaching art to kids, the disabled and elderly clients. I teach private classes to whoever is willing to learn & they always leave the class with a sense of pride knowing that they created a beautiful work of art.

I really care about my clients, and always keep them safe in my care from bugs and all kinds of harm. I have experience with caring for the elderly since age 10. I have been working as an CNA for twenty-six years. I love my job and am compasionate about the care I give. I always put for one-hundred percent effort in everything I do, and would be a great dependable employee.
I have been a nurse for many years. I took care of my elderly parents for the past 7 years. They needed different levels of care from just monitoring their medications and going to dr visits with them to living with my mom and being her full time caregiver. I love older people and have a lot of patience. I loved being a caregiver on a one to one ratio and this is the best. I have experience with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I have worked in the health care arena for 45+ years. I have clinical, managed care, and Home Health Care experience.
Hello everyone! My name is Taylor Masson and I am 26 years old. I live in Tampa, Florida and I am currently a CNA and I do have my CNA license as well. I am also CPR certified. I have many different reasons as to why I became a CNA/Caregiver. First and foremost, I have a huge PASSION when it comes to my patients and their well-being! I want to be more like family than someone who just comes to do their job, get their money and goes home. I love to be there first hand to make sure that each and every one of my patients feel safe, well kept, and most importantly LOVED. I never want my patients to feel alone. I also am very understanding when it comes to the frustration of many of my patients because I realize that it's not so easy being used to doing everything yourself to now having someone have to do everything for you. One major accomplishment I have had with a previous personal experience is getting my grandma to believe in herself again after suffering from a stroke. Just to see how thankful she was for all of my time spent with her, me being there to know she was eating, building her strength and just being well taken care of in the situation she was in. All of that resulted in her being able to get her back up on her feet and do things on her own so I will always hold that accomplishment close to my heart.
What has made me a great caregiver is my passion, compassion, patience, love, Empathy, reliable, flexible and trustworthy i have for the Elderly. One time i was at a grocery store and an elderly asked for help and was so grateful that i was there at that moment. I felt in my heart that compassion and respect for them. What do i enjoy most about being a caregiver? It is rewarding! That is Rewarding! I like to make a difference in people's life. To make them smile and have a better day. A personal achievement i am proud of is having to take care of many patients, make them happy and give them a good quality of life.
