I am a woman in her forties, educated with a career in communications. At this stage of my life I am looking to change careers, mostly towards the health care area. I think a good start is caring for the elderly. Years ago I enjoyed working as a teacher in a daycare and recently I had a very good experience interacting with older people while working in a medical group focused on primary care and general well-being for seniors. I am an educated person, I speak two languages English and Spanish, very responsible, patient and willing to give 100 percent at work. Although I still do not have extensive experience as a caregiver, I do have extensive knowledge in health issues. I produced and was editor in chief of a magazine dedicated to health and wellness that allowed me to be in contact and interview a number of health professionals. As a caregiver my desire is to serve the elderly with the respect and dignity they deserve. It is also my desire to improve their daily lives by offering them a dose of positivism and daily motivation.
